Yemen’s PM Bin Dagher relieved of duty, replaced by Moen abdulmalik

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi of Yemen has relieved Prime Minister Ahmed bin Dagher of duty and appointed Moen Abdulmalik as the country's new Prime Minister, according to Yemen News Agency.

ADEN, (Pakistan Point News - 16th Oct, 2018) President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi of Yemen has relieved Prime Minister Ahmed bin Dagher of duty and appointed Moen Abdulmalik as the country's new Prime Minister, according to Yemen news Agency.

President Hadi also appointed Dr. Salem Ahmed Saeed Al Khanbashi as Deputy Prime Minister. Other cabinet portfolios remained unchanged, the agency added.

Hadi attributed his decision to bin Dagher government's negligence and failure to alleviate the plight of the Yemeni people, as well as the inability to overcome the economic decoration and the collapse of the local Currency, in addition to its inaction in the face of Cyclone Luban that hit Al Mahra Governorate.
