MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 15th October, 2018) The growth rate of consumer prices in Russia will rise toward the 4-percent target by January, the head of the central bank's monetary policy department said Monday.

"We expect inflation to come closer to the target by the end of this year, without exceeding it," Alexei Zabotkin told Russian lawmakers at a meeting in the lower house Duma.
