South Korean, French Presidents To Discuss North Korea, Bilateral Ties On Monday - Reports

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 14th October, 2018) The presidents of South Korea and France, Moon Jae-in and Emmanuel Macron, will hold talks on Monday and are likely to discuss issues related to North Korea as well as bilateral ties between Seoul and Paris, media reported on Sunday citing officials from Moon's office.

The two leaders will hold a bilateral summit following a welcome ceremony for Moon who arrived in Paris on Saturday for a four-day state visit, according to the Yonhap news agency.

It will be the second meeting between Moon and Macron. The first one took place on the sidelines of the 2017 G20 Hamburg summit.

The meeting comes amid rapprochement between the two Koreas as well as efforts to achieve full denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
