"The Ukrainian Patriarchate did not turn its back on the Russian Orthodox Church because the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate opposes the provocations that Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople is undertaking with direct public support from Washington," Lavrov said, answering the questions of RT France, Paris Match and Le Figaro.
