Russia's space authority Roscosmos may rely on the European Space Agency for help in probing the failure of a Soyuz rocket booster during Thursday's launch, the ESA chief said.

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th October, 2018) Russia's space authority Roscosmos may rely on the European Space Agency for help in probing the failure of a Soyuz rocket booster during Thursday's launch, the ESA chief said.

"In the coming days and weeks Roscosmos may rely on ESA's support. I am ready to offer any kind of help that is deemed relevant or useful," Johahn-Dietrich Woerner wrote in a letter posted by Roscosmos in Russian.
