Babusar Top, Naran Receive First Snowfall Of The Season

Babusar Top and Naran valley on Tuesday received the first spell of snowfall, while heavy rain was recorded in rest of the hilly areas of Hazara division.

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Oct, 2018 ) :Babusar Top and Naran valley on Tuesday received the first spell of snowfall, while heavy rain was recorded in rest of the hilly areas of Hazara division.

Babusar Top received more than six inches and Naran two inches snow, while on the hills four inches snowfall was recorded during last night.

Weather temperature in Kaghan and Naran valleys dropped to minus and more snowfall was expected during the current week and temperatures are likely to fell further.

Most of the residents have left the area while maximum hotels of Naran, Kaghan, and Shogran had been shut down before the snow fell.

The day-long continuous rain in the plain and hilly areas of Hazara division has brought a drastic change in temperatures and people have started wearing warm clothing.
