Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 8th October, 2018) Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to establish a complaint cell in the PM Office.
Sources said that the complaint cell to be established will comprise 40 telephone lines.
The complaints can be registered to the cell through e-mail and WhatsApp as well.
The complaint cell will be functional during office timings.
The prime minister had in his Lahore visit last months had announced creating a complaint cell in Punjab as well. A website to register the complaints of the people was also decided to be launched.
Meanwhile, the old website will also remain functional to register the complaints.
Prime Minister Imran Khan's government is determined to change governance in the country while focusing on austerity, anti-corruption and meritocracy.
Kicking off the austerity drive from his own, he had first announced to reside at the three-bed residence of the Military Secretary instead of the lavish PM House and then took various measures to control national expenditure.
