As part of the initiatives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which aim to improve the level of healthcare services for the UAE’s nationals and residents, the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman, Ajman Electronic Services Co. and Smart Cube, to establish a medical tests centre.
ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 04th Oct, 2018) As part of the initiatives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which aim to improve the level of healthcare services for the UAE’s nationals and residents, the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman, Ajman Electronic Services Co. and Smart Cube, to establish a medical tests centre.
The agreement stipulates the launch of a project to construct a medical tests centre, which will offer services to the residents of Ajman and other emirates, as part of the services offered by the hospitals of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa’s initiatives.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Erik Wassberg, Acting Executive Director of the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, and Mohammed Khalifa Bakhit Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of the board of Directors of Ajman Electronic Services Co.
The signing was attended by Sultan Dahi Al Humairi, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs for the Support Services Sector and Officer-in-Charge of the Works and Competencies of the Medical Office Board of Directors, and Hassan Ahmed Al Alkeem Al Zaabi, Under-Secretary at the Ministry and Director-General of the Medical Office, as well as members of the Medical Office and specialists from the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City The new centre in Ajman will provide medical examination services for expats living in the UAE and issue a certificate stating that they are free from disease, for the purpose of residency or work visa applications. It will also provide services related to the national ID system, as well as for senior figures, and a four-hour fast-track medical certificate service.
