Saudi King orders US$200 million grant to Yemen's Central Bank

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has ordered the provision of US$200 million to the Central Bank of Yemen to boost the country's financial position.

RIYADH, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Oct, 2018) The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has ordered the provision of US$200 million to the Central Bank of Yemen to boost the country's financial position.

The latest donation will contribute towards alleviating the economic burden of Yemenis and follows a previous $3 billion grant the Kingdom provided to the Central Bank of Yemen.

Saudi Arabia has affirmed its continued support of the Yemeni government in its efforts to restore security and stability.
