Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 25th September, 2018) The Punjab government has prepared a summary to ban appointments to Grade-15.
According to media reports, the summary has been prepared to ban appointments in Grade-1 to Grade-15.
The summary will be approved in the next cabinet meeting of Punjab government.
The reports further said that the services and general administration has prepared a summary to restrict recruitment in Grade-1 till Grade-15.
Moreover, the recruitment to Grade-17 through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) will not be banned.
The government had earlier decided to ban recruitment in Grade-1 till Grade-16 over reports of irregularities in appointments.
Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Lahore on Sunday on a day-long visit.
During his stay, the prime minister held meetings with Punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar. The members of the provincial cabinet also called on the prime minister.
The prime minister took some important decisions during his meeting, including suspending the holidays of provincial ministers.
