Police Constable Dies In Road Accident In Islamabad

A police constable was crushed to death by a vehicle near `Zero Point' here on Saturday, police source said.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2018 ) :A police constable was crushed to death by a vehicle near `Zero Point' here on Saturday, police source said.
He said that Constable Zeeshan Abbassi was hit by a speeding vehicle driven by Abid and died on the spot.
He said that Zeeshan Abbassi was serving in Rawalpindi police at present while the driver Abid has been arrested.
The police source said that former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf was being told initially as the owner of the vehicle. However, further investigation into the matter is underway. He said that Raja Pervez Ashraf was not present in the vehicle at the time of this tragic incident.
