"We have eight people shot and three of them dead," 11WBAL-TV channel reported.
The report said that "this is no longer an active situation" and the police is investigating.
The suspect is a woman, was injured in the incident and is in a hospital now, the report explained.
The incident occurred Thursday morning near a pharmacy in Aberdeen, which is in Harford County in Maryland.
