Murder Accused Released After Compromise Between The Parties

The District and Sessions Judge (DSJ) West Islamabad Sohail Nasir on Wednesday released an accused involved in a murder case of Police Station Ramna after a compromise was struck between the accused and victims' parties.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2018 ) :The District and Sessions Judge (DSJ) West Islamabad Sohail Nasir on Wednesday released an accused involved in a murder case of Police Station Ramna after a compromise was struck between the accused and victims' parties.

According to details, Muhammad Rizwan s/o Gohar-ul-Rehman resident of Bandi Mansoor District Abbotabad had murdered a minor aged 13 years Muhammad Zain resident of Nanawala District Hafizabad over a dispute in Ramna Police station limits in January this year.

The police had registered a case number 09/18 under section 302/34 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and arrested the accused and produced the challan before the honorable court.

The victims' heirs submitted the affidavits infront of court for a compromise between the two parties over the matter against which the DSJ ordered to release the accused Muhammad Rizwan in the case.
