FDE Gets 50 More Buses Under Second Phase Of Education Reforms Programme

Under the Prime Minister Education Reforms Programme, as many as 50 more buses have been awarded to the public sector schools and colleges working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2018 ) :Under the Prime Minister education Reforms Programme, as many as 50 more buses have been awarded to the public sector schools and colleges working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).
These buses would be given to the public sector schools and colleges of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) to facilitate the students for travelling convenience.
When contacted, Director General FDE, Dr Hasnat Qureshi told APP on Wednesday that new buses would be distributed among those schools which have more number of students and less transportation facilities.
He said that FDE was making all out efforts to make ICT Schools as a role model for the entire country adding, "We have achieved enough success in this regard."It is pertinent to note that under the second phase of the PM Education Reforms Programme a total of 130 buses would be provided to ICT public sector educational institutions, and out of total, 50 buses have been provided.
