The ban on Pakistani actors by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) in the backwash of Uri attacks, has induced a conflict within the Bollywood industry, leaving it divided among the supporters and the non-supporters. After Ajay Devgn, Farah Khan and Akshay Kumar, Bollywood’s legend actor Amitabh Bachchan comported accordingly and has supported the ban on Pakistani Actors in Bollywood. Expressing his harmony with the Indian army, Amitabh stated, “This is not the right time to ask these questions.
The nation is exasperated. There is so much anger in the country. It is time to show solidarity for our jawans.” Keeping in view the recently pacing Indo-pak stressed out situation, a resolution has been passed by the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA) which temporarily bans the Pakistani artists in India on September 29. The resolution followed the warning issued by the Indian nationalist party MNS to all the Pakistani artists to make their way out of the country immediately whereas recently MNS has also quested of putting a ban on all the Bollywood movies featuring Pakistani actors.
