Masarrat Butt Sent Back To Jammu Jail From Srinagar

In Indian occupied Kashmir, the incarcerated Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League, Masarrat Aalam Butt was brought from Kot Bhalwal Jail, Jammu, to Srinagar for the hearing of a fake case registered against him in Kothi Bagh Police Station, Srinagar.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Sep, 2018 ) :In Indian occupied Kashmir, the incarcerated Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League, Masarrat Aalam Butt was brought from Kot Bhalwal Jail, Jammu, to Srinagar for the hearing of a fake case registered against him in Kothi Bagh Police Station, Srinagar.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Masarrat Aalam Butt was produced before Chief Judicial Magistrate where after hearing the arguments, the judge fixed the next hearing of the said case on 24th of this month.

The JKML chairman was sent back to Kot Bhalwal Jail, Jammu, after the hearing.

A party spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar condemned the prolonging of Masarrat Aalam Butt.
