Armenia discusses with Russia the possibility of obtaining a new military loan of $100 million, Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan said on Wednesday.
YEREVAN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th September, 2018) Armenia discusses with Russia the possibility of obtaining a new military loan of $100 million, Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan said on Wednesday.
"Obtaining a new military loan is a process that will be implemented. At the moment it is about 100 million [dollars]," Tonoyan told reporters.
The minister noted that he had no right to talk about the types of weapons that were expected to be acquired, promising to provide further details later.
"Cooperation with Russia is developing quite successfully," Tonoyan added.
