VLADIVOSTOK (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th September, 2018) Tokyo would like to further improve relations with Beijing and bring them to a new level, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Wednesday at a plenary session of the the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Russia's Vladivostok.
"I would like to bring Japan-China ties to a new level through mutual visits of the leaders of both countries. I am determined to make it happen," Abe said.
At the same time, the Japanese official noted that he wants to visit China this year and invited Chinese leader Xi Jinping to pay visit to Japan as well.
