WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th September, 2018) US President Donald Trump's trip to Europe in November is still being finalized and no decision has been made on whether to travel to Ireland, White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said on Tuesday in response to reports that Trump canceled his upcoming trip to Ireland.

"The President will travel to Paris in November as previously announced. We are still finalizing whether Ireland will be a stop on that trip. As details are confirmed we will let you know," Sanders said.

Earlier on Tuesday, media reports quoted a spokesman for the Irish government saying Trump had postponed his trip to Ireland for scheduling reasons.

Trump was expected to visit his golf course and stop in Dublin before traveling to Paris on November 11 to mark the 100th anniversary of the armistice that ended World War One.
