Faisalabad women hockey team won the hockey trophy by defeating Multan team, in a match held in connection with the Defence Day celebrations.
MULTAN,(APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Sep, 2018 ) :Faisalabad women hockey team won the hockey trophy by defeating Multan team, in a match held in connection with the Defence Day celebrations.
The floodlit hockey match was played at sports complex hockey stadium.
Faisalabad defeated Multan by two-nil. Nafisa Shah from Faisalabad made two goals.
Deputy Commissioner Mudassir Riaz Malik distributed prizes among players.
The DC told the media on the occasion that work for laying astro-turf at hockey ground would be started soon.
