MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th September, 2018) German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet for talks with Qatar's Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani in Berlin on Friday.
According to Merkel's office, the two politicians will discuss bilateral relations, economic issues and regional agenda during their talks. Moreover, Merkel and Al-Thani are expected to open the Qatar-Germany business and Investment Forum, which will be held in the German capital on Friday.
Media reported earlier this week that the Qatari emir would announce a major investment in German companies during his visit.
