Russian President Vladimir Putin's plans to participate in celebrations timed to the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, to be held in France on November 11, are not yet set in stone, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th September, 2018) Russian President Vladimir Putin's plans to participate in celebrations timed to the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, to be held in France on November 11, are not yet set in stone, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

"No, there is not. We will inform you as soon as everything is prepared," Peskov told reporters, when asked if there was certainty about Putin's visit to France in November.

In late August, Peskov told reporters that Putin's possible trip to France for centenary events commemorating the World War I Armistice was being worked out through relevant channels.

The celebrations will be held in Paris.
