MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 30th August, 2018) Moscow holding consultations with other guarantor states about the situation in Syria's Idlib, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Thursday.
"There are active contacts through our Defense Ministry, at all levels. Consultations are held with, first and foremost, guarantor states of the Astana process," Bogdanov told reporters.
