Karachi: SHC Declared 5 Per Cent Increase In Schools Fees Illegal

Karachi, (Pakistan Point News – 7th October, 2016) : 5 per cent increase in private schools fees illegal, declared by the Sindh High Court. The bench headed by chief Justice SHC approved petitions for hearing filed against arbitrary hike of five per cent in school fees by private schools whereas rejecting filed applications seeking for hike in fees by private school owners and declared it as illegal. During the hearing session, CJ directed education department that implementation over enforced rules should be followed strictly at private schools.
