Twin Blasts Hit Jaffar Express Near Mach, 4 Killed And 13 Injured

Quetta, (Pakistan Point News – 7th October, 2016) : 4 passengers were killed and 13 others injured when twin blasts hit Jaffar Express near Mach in Quetta on Friday. According to the Railways officials, the rescue teams and law enforcement agencies rushed to the spot and shifted the injured and dead bodies to the Mach hospital. The death toll is expected to raise. According to the Levies personnel, the nature of the blasts was being ascertained, however, according to the initial findings, it suggested that both blasts were planted devices. A section of the Mach railway track, the engine of the Jaffar Express and a passenger van of the train were also damaged in the blast. None of the militant groups active in Balochistan has so far claimed responsibility for the blasts.
