Russian, Finnish Presidents To Hold Informal Talks During Boat Trip Wednesday - Kremlin

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd August, 2018) Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinisto will not only hold official talks, but also have an informal conversation during a boat ride on Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"The talks in a narrow circle will be held between the two presidents, there will be negotiations in the format of delegations, and the presidents will hold a press conference. Moreover, they will also have an informal conversation during a sea trip," Peskov told reporters.

Putin and Niinisto will meet in Russia's southern resort city of Sochi later on Wednesday. They are expected to consider the key issues of the Russian-Finnish cooperation, as well as to discuss a number of urgent international and regional issues.
