Removed Judicial Officers Have Earned Adverse ACRs

The Assistant Protocol Officer, Peshawar High Court Peshawar, in a clarification has stated that all the 04 Judicial Officers who were removed from service had earned adverse ACRs for the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 including the Judicial Officer who resigned.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Aug, 2018 ) :The Assistant Protocol Officer, Peshawar High Court Peshawar, in a clarification has stated that all the 04 Judicial Officers who were removed from service had earned adverse ACRs for the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 including the Judicial Officer who resigned.
Despite adverse entries, communicated to them, they failed to guard their reputation. As they were persistently reported being corrupt, therefore, the Administration Committee of Peshawar High Court in its unanimous decision recommended departmental proceedings against them, he added.
He said that the counseling of the removed judicial officers was also done previously to improve but they did not, hence they were served with a Show Cause Notice under Rule 7 of the Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules 2011.
After receiving their reply, they were personally heard patiently individually. Every Detail was discussed with them. They were apprised of the record against them and given opportunity to contradict it. They were treated fairly in accordance with law.
In the year 2017, thirteen (13) Judicial Officers who earned adverse ACRs for consecutive three years and having persistent reputation of being corrupt were also dismissed from the service by adopting the same method. The case of the presentjudicial officers is at par with them therefore they were treated alike, thepress note concluded.
