PM Imran Khan's 20-member cabinet to take oath on Monday

The new cabinet will take oath on Monday.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 18th August, 2018) Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved 20-member cabinet in his government.

The new cabinet comprises 15 Federal ministers and five advisers. The ministers will take oath on Monday.

This was confirmed by Pakistan Tehree-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry who took to Twitter on Saturday and said, “Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved twenty member cabinet, the cabinet comprises on fifteen federal ministers and five advisers, The ministers shall take urdu" href="https://www.darsaal.com/dictionary/english-to-urdu/oath.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">oath on Monday morning at President’s House.”

The PTI has also nominated Dr Arif Alvi as its presidential candidate. The election for president will be held on Sep 4.

Earlier today, PTI chairman Imran Khan officially took oath as the 22nd prime minister of Pakistan.

The oath-taking ceremony was held in President House, Islamabad on Saturday. President Mamnoon Hussain administered oath to the newly elected prime minister.

The oath-taking ceremony was attended by the heads of three armed forces, parliamentary leaders, local and foreign guests, including former Indian cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, and Imran Khan’s close friends.
