Peshawar (Pakistan Point News – 17th August, 2018) The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has dismissed five judges over allegations of malpractice.
According to media reports, the five disqualified judges include three additional district and session judges and two civil judges.
Show cause notices were also issued to these judges.
Sources in PHC said that the action has been taken after the judges failed to provide satisfactory replies.
