MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 17th August, 2018) Czech President Milos Zeman advocates a dialogue between Russia and the Western to improve international relations, his spokesman told Sputnik.
"The world is in flux, the dialogue with Russia is progressing," Jiri Ovcacek said, adding President Zeman "supports the dialogue between countries."
He stressed that in the absence of contacts between world leaders crises around the world "would deepen and the international situation would worsen."
Ovcacek pointed to an "intensive dialogue" between Russia and Israel on Syria. Zeman, he said, is aware of US foreign policy changes by President Donald Trump and urged a closer cooperation between Russia and the European Union.
