Over 200 companies will participate in the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX) 2018 that will be held in the country's capital of Baku on September 25-27, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry said on Thursday.
BAKU (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 16th August, 2018) Over 200 companies will participate in the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX) 2018 that will be held in the country's capital of Baku on September 25-27, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry said on Thursday.
"Over 200 companies from world's developed nations are expected to take part in the upcoming exhibition. Azerbaijan, Turkey, France, Russia, Israel, Belarus, Pakistan, Serbia, Ukraine and other countries will set their stands at the exhibition. Leading companies representing the defense industries of Bulgaria, China, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands and other participating nations will also take part in the exhibition," the ministry said in a statement.
ADEX is a large-scale event aimed at showcasing international military equipment. It is held biennially in Azerbaijan since 2014.
ADEX 2018 will be held in three pavilions of Baku's Expo Center, as well as outdoors. Over 60 local and international news agencies, websites and magazines will provide the media coverage of the event.
