The Senate Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat Wednesday said that Pakistan is a beautiful country and further arrangement would attract tourists.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Aug, 2018 ) :The Senate Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat Wednesday said that Pakistan is a beautiful country and further arrangement would attract tourists.
The Committee meeting held under the Chairmanship of Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood here at Parliament House.
The Committee members said it is need of hour to provide basic facilities to the local and international tourists to earn the revenue.
They said international tourists are interested to come Pakistan dut to large number of tourists' spots in the country.
Expressing dissatisfaction over performance of Cellular Companies, the committee Chairman Talha Mahmood urged the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to ask the cellular companies to improve the service in the far flung areas of the country and report to the committee.
The Committee Senator Sardar Muhammad Azam Khan Musakhel said cellular companies are not providing better service in Balouchistan adding that PTA should take action according to law of land.
He said competition between the cellular companies would provide better facilities to the customers and all areas should be treated for the facilities.
The committee member Senator Naseeb Ullah Khan Bazai said "We resolve the issue of people and nobody is above the law."
