Accountability Court Awards 4 Years Rigorous Imprisonment To 2 Accused

The Accountability Court Hyderabad on Wednesday awarded conviction to two accused charged by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in reference number 05/2015.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Aug, 2018 ) :The Accountability Court Hyderabad on Wednesday awarded conviction to two accused charged by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in reference number 05/2015.
According to the details, the conviction was awarded to accused Nizamuddin Shahani, ex Town Municipal Officer in Umerkot distric and Mohammad Aslam Solangi, a private contractor.
Each of them would have to serve rigorous imprisonment for the terms of 4 years and pay fine of Rs20 million.
The NAB prosecution made out the case involving allegations of embezzlement of total Rs51.95 million by the accused persons.Both the accused were arrested from the court and sent to jail for serving their terms.
