PAF Celebrates Independence Day With Traditional Fervor

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) joined hands with the nation to celebrate the 71st Independence Day of the country with traditional fervor and dignity.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Aug, 2018 ) :Pakistan Air Force (PAF) joined hands with the nation to celebrate the 71st Independence Day of the country with traditional fervor and dignity.

The day commenced with offering of special "Dua" for the integrity, progress and prosperity of the country in mosques of Pakistan Air Force, a press release said here on Tuesday.

To mark this auspicious occasion, a flag hoisting ceremony was held Southern Air Command, Karachi. Air Vice Marshal Chaudhary Ahsan Rafiq, Air Officer Commanding, Southern Air Command, hoisted national flag and read out the message by Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chief of the Air Staff, PAF.

All personnel of Pakistan Air Force, imbued with feelings of patriotism, assembled at their respective Air Commands and Bases forflag hoisting ceremonies, where they sang Pakistan's national anthem.
