Says Imran Khan won’t be distributing one crore government jobs
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 2nd August, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Asad Umar has said that there will not only be government jobs among the one crore jobs promised by the PTI government.
Jobs will primarily be generated through the private sector, including education, health small and medium manufacturing units, tourism industry, social sector and information technology, he said.
Asad Umar was talking to senior analyst Kamran Khan in a private tv program.
To a question if PTI's biggest promise of providing one crore jobs and 50 million houses is mere slogan or there is some plan behind it, Asad Umar said that at the moment, 20 million young people are looking for jobs in the market.
Our Constitution guarantees that anyone who is in search of employment should find it, the PTI leader said.
Asad Umar said that he is happy that his party made employment a priority in elections. We have to pay more attention to the sectors which have the ability to create the highest jobs in the sector such as small and medium manufacturing units, and tourism industry, he added.
He clarified that Imran Khan won’t be distributing one crore government jobs. In government sector, there will be jobs in education department but primarily the jobs will be generated through private sector.
