Returning Officer (RO) NA-17 Haripur on Monday rejected the request of PML-N losing candidate Babar Nawaz Khan for recounting of votes.

RO Faheem Afzal after hearing arguments of both sides rejected Babar's request forrecounting of ballot papers and declared victory for Umer Ayub Khan of PTI.
