Thatta (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi has won PS-77 with 50909 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-77 Thatta-I constituency with 50909 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Mr. Fayaz Ali Butt was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 40852 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mr. Sadaqat Ali Jatoi who got 33776 votes. At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-77. In 2013 elections, there were 120888 voters registered in PS-77, out of which 77516 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 60.99 %.
