Shaheed Benazirabad (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Ghulam Qadir Chandio has won PS-39 with 58060 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-39 Shaheed Benazirabad-III constituency with 58060 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Ghulam Mujtaba Isran was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 29444 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Ali Hassan Hakro who got 13874 votes. At least 24 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-39. In 2013 elections, there were 132116 voters registered in PS-39, out of which 60275 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 45.62 %.
