3 Workers Killed In Port Qasim Factory Accident

Karachi, (Pakistan Point News – 4th October, 2016) : 3 laborers fell into a tank and died in a chemical factory in Port Qasim on Tuesday. 2 other laborers who had also fallen into the tank were rescued. Families of the victims said that there was delay in retrieval of the bodies of the dead from the tank because of the hot water present inside the tank. The victims’ families claimed there were no safety arrangements for the laborers in the factory and demanded compensation from the factory owners.
