Frontier Corps Seizes Ammunition In Balochistan

Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan seized a large number of ammunition including 8 kg improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and 15 detonators under Radd-ul-Faasad Operation in two areas of Balochistan including Sibi and Quetta.

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jul, 2018 ) :Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan seized a large number of ammunition including 8 kg improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and 15 detonators under Radd-ul-Faasad Operation in two areas of Balochistan including Sibi and Quetta.

According to FC spokesman, following on a tip off, FC personnel carried out search operation at Kalkari Damaan near Ghazi area of Sibi district and seized ammunition including 8 kg IEDs, 15 detonators, 6 hand grenades, communication instruments, hundreds of bullets and other arms which were covered in the area by unknown suspects.

The FC spokesman said that about 3, SMGs, 2 pistols and rounds were seized from a compound of suspects at Eastern Bypass area of Quetta in second raid by FC personnel.

"These recovered ammunitions will be utilized for sabotage activities in province by suspects", FC spokesman added.

Further investigation was underway.
