Two More Terrorists Of Feb 2012 Carnage On Karakoram Highway Nabbed

The Counter Terrorism Department, (CTD) Hazara region Monday claimed to have arrested two terrorists who were allegedly involved in killing of 16 passengers from Gilgit-Baltistan on sectarian grounds in February 2012 on Karakoram Highway (KKH).
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jul, 2018 ) :The Counter Terrorism Department, (CTD) Hazara region Monday claimed to have arrested two terrorists who were allegedly involved in killing of 16 passengers from Gilgit-Baltistan on sectarian grounds in February 2012 on Karakoram Highway (KKH).
In a statement issued here, the CTD identified the two accused as Mohammad Tariq and Ghulam Dastargir, who belonged to Gilgit-Baltistan.
The CTD claimed that the accused had shot dead 16 passengers of Shia community on February 28, 2012 on KKH after intercepting four buses, off-loading the passengers and identifying Shia passengers by checking their CNICs.
The CTD further said that five accused of the incident were arrested earlier and being tried in an anti-terrorism court.
