Overseas Pakistanis Commission An Effective Platform To Settle Issues Of Expatriates

Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Senator Shaheen Khalid Butt Monday said that overseas Pakistanis are real ambassadors of the country and main purpose of establishing the OPC was to provide them a useful and effective platform for resolving their problems.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jul, 2018 ) :Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Senator Shaheen Khalid Butt Monday said that overseas Pakistanis are real ambassadors of the country and main purpose of establishing the OPC was to provide them a useful and effective platform for resolving their problems.
Presiding over a departmental meeting, he said that the OPC working on fast-track basis and 60 per cent of the received complaints had been redressed amicably so far.
The VC said that the OPC was one-window operation for solution to problems of overseas Pakistanis and in this connection they could any time contact the OPC. He said the OPC playing an active role to settle the issues of overseas Pakistanis.
During the meeting, complaints of overseas Pakistanis discussed in detail and the OPC issued necessary directions in this regard.
