Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa To Set Up More Camping Pods In Various Tourists Destinations

Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) would set up more camping pods in various tourists destination of the province.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2018 ) :Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) would set up more camping pods in various tourists destination of the province. The camping pods provide two or four bedrooms with washroom, kitchen, children playing areas, parking lots and bonfire. Initially, TCKP established camping pods at Bashigram Swat, Sharan Kaghan and Thandiani, Abbottabad.An official of TCKP told APP that a large number of tourists visiting these areas from the start of current summer season.

He said that camping pods provides best accommodation facilities to the families at tourist's resorts. He said that the facilities would improve tourists inflow to the famous destinations.

Thandiani, a famous resort is located in the northeast of Abbottabad District attracting a large number of tourists annually. Being at a high altitude, with attractive scenery and several hiking trails into the forests and other nearby locations, it is a very attractive prospect.
