Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Saeed Al Matroushi, UAE Ambassador to Romania, has honoured students of the Arabic Studies Centre at the University of Bucharest, who took part in the contest held in March to mark the 'Year of Zayed'.
(Pakistan Point News - 02nd Jul, 2018) ABU DHABI, 2nd July 2018 (WAM) - Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Saeed Al Matroushi, UAE Ambassador to Romania, has honoured students of the Arabic Studies Centre at the University of Bucharest, who took part in the contest held in March to mark the 'Year of Zayed'.
This came when Ambassador Al Matroushi received at the embassy today Professor George Gregory, Director of the Centre and the teaching staff.
The materials submitted by the students focused on the role played by Sheikh Zayed in the creation of UAE , and subsequent progress, as well as his humanitarian and charitable initiatives.
Professor Gregory thanked the leadership, people and embassy of the UAE for the support given to the Centre.
