Says Khan’s opinion on Afghanistan issue and drone attacks is not acceptable by the world’s establishment
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 23rd June, 2018) Renowned journalist Dr Shahid Masood while talking on a tv program has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s life is in danger and he is also receiving threats in this regard.
“Khan obviously would not tell himself that he is facing security threats and because of it, he cannot go out of his house,” Dr Shahid said.
“But the problem is that Khan has to go out of house. He has to go to Mianwali and launch his election campaign. Security threats are being faced by most of the political leadership of the country, including Nawaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari but Khan’s opinion on Afghanistan issue and drone attacks is not acceptable by the world’s establishment,” he said.
“They know that if Khan comes to power he will give a new and open narrative. There will be no deal then. That’s why Khan’s life is in danger,” he added.
Other than that, he said, the conflict on allotment of tickets is normal.
