Contestants from PK 42 file appeals in Appellate Court

Contestants form PK 42 including Gohar Nawaz, Faisal Zaman, Faiza Rasheed and Malik Tahir have filed appeals in appellate court against rejection of their nomination papers.

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jun, 2018 ) :Contestants form PK 42 including Gohar Nawaz, Faisal Zaman, Faiza Rasheed and Malik Tahir have filed appeals in appellate court against rejection of their nomination papers.

Justice Lal Muhammad Khan of Abbottabad Appellate Bench would hear the application regarding rejection of nomination papers.

The concerned Returning Officers have been also issued notices about the hearing.

It is worth mentioning that Returning Officer had rejected nomination papers of Faiza Rasheed of PPP, Tahir Iqbal of PTI, Gohar Nawaz Khan and Faisal Zaman.
