Says PTI is worried about Nawaz Sharif using his wife for political purposes
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 20th June, 2018) Veteran journalist Arif Nizami has said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s wife Kulsoom Nawaz is in a very critical condition while false news about her are making rounds on social media.
“If Kulsoom Nawaz passes away near elections, Nawaz Sharif will take advantage of it,” he said.
Nizami said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan said in a program that Kulsoom has passed away and alleged me for giving this news somewhere.
This gave me an idea that PTI is concerned about Nawaz Sharif using his wife for political purposes, Nizami said.

The wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, was shifted to intensive care unit (ICU) of a London hospital after her condition further deteriorated last week.
Sources said that Begum Kulsoom collapsed in the ICU after a cardiac arrest, and has not since regained consciousness. She has been kept on ventilator, life-support machine and emergency medicine.
The Sharif family has requested everyone to pray for Kulsoom Nawaz’s health.
In a tweet on Friday, Maryam Nawaz wrote, “Ami had a sudden cardiac arrest this morning when we were on the flight & is in ICU & on the ventilator since. Earnest request for duas.”
Nawaz’s wife Kulsoom has been suffering from cancer. She was under treatment in a hospital in London. Nawaz and his daughter had not been able to stay with ailing Kulsoom in London due to the court hearings. However, the two decided to spend EId-ul-Fitr in London with Kulsoom Nawaz and reached London via Doha last Thursday.
