Killer Of Charanjeet Singh Arrested By Police On Kohat Road

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2018 ) :The Police in a quick action has succeeded in arresting the alleged killer of the Sikh community leader Charanjeet Singh here on Main Road, an officials of the police control confirmed the arrest.

It is pertaining to mention here that Sikh Community Leader Charanjeet Sindh was shot dead on May 29, 2018 at his grocery store near Scheme Chowk on Main Kohat Road. The suspect was also nabbed on Kohat Road in a mini operation, the officials confirmed. The suspect, identified as Sheharyar, also confessed to the crime.

Investigations are underway and a team has been formed to find Sheharyar's accomplices. The 42-year-old Sikh Community LeaderCharanjeet Sindh was known for his efforts to promote interfaith harmony.
