900 Eid Congregations To Be In Hyderabad District

Eid prayer congregations will be held at over 900 places, including 115 big and small Eidgahs of the Hyderabad district amid tight security arrangements on Saturday.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jun, 2018 ) :Eid prayer congregations will be held at over 900 places, including 115 big and small Eidgahs of the Hyderabad district amid tight security arrangements on Saturday.
According to a police spokesman, some 2,500 policemen and 250 police commandos, besides the lady police would be deployed for security of the congregations.
The spokesman said the police would also be deployed at recreational places, restaurants and fast food streets.The police had also been deployed at all the entry and exit points of Hyderabad as well as the transport hubs for security, he added.
Around 60 large congregations will be held at Eidgah Qasimabad, Bagh-i-Mustafa Latifabad, Qadam Gah Moula Ali (RA), Eidgah Hussainabad, Eidgah Cantt, Eidgah Amani Shah Colony and Masumeem mosque in Tando Agha, among other places.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Coporation (HMC), Qasimabad Municipal Committee and District Council Hyderabad have announced that the municipal staff had been directed to maintain cleanliness in the district.
