0.775 Million Voters To Exercise Right Of Franchise During Election In SBA

In district Shaheed Benazirabad as many as 7,75613 registered voters would exercise their right of franchise to elect two members of the National Assembly and four members of the Provincial Assembly in general elections 2018 to be held on July 25.

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2018 ) :In district Shaheed Benazirabad as many as 7,75613 registered voters would exercise their right of franchise to elect two members of the National Assembly and four members of the Provincial Assembly in general elections 2018 to be held on July 25.

Out of the total registered voters there are 4,24,488 male while 3,51,125 are female registered voters in the district, for which 700 polling stations and 2524 polling booths would be set up in the election.

According to District Election Office, for NA-213, the total polling stations would be 387 out of which 105 polling stations each for male and female while 173 would be joint polling stations in the constituency where 4,18,775 male and female voters would cast their votes.

The National assembly constituency NA-214 consists of total 387 polling stations out of which 99 polling stations each for male and female while 187 joint polling stations would be set up.

In the constituency there would be 1200 polling booths for facility of 3,56838 voters.

For provincial assembly seats, in PS-37 Daur constituency, the number of polling stations would be 37 each for male and female voters while the joint polling stations would be 102. In PS-38 Taluka Nawabshah constituency 2, 23,277 male and female voters would exercise their right of franchise through 38 male and 38 female polling stations with 694 polling booths.

In PS-39 Taluka Sakrand 92,449 voters would cast their votes through 47 polling stations each and 93 joint polling stations for male and female voters with 576 polling booths.

Similarly in PS-40 Taluka Qazi Ahmed, 1,89,000 registered voters would go to elect their representation through 198 polling stations with 624 polling booths. Regional Election Commissioner said that Election Commissioner was fully prepared for the general election 2018 and electoral staff was working round the clock.
